Learn More About UFT Commercial Finance
In 2008, UFT Commercial Finance, LLC began its work developing the Master Credit Participation Certificate™ (CPC™) - a new asset class for acquiring credit exposure in select and qualifying projects by a broad, globally-minded base of investors, as "Participating Lenders" or "Participants". The CPC™ significantly improves transparency, trust, liquidity, and access through a master set of standardized processes and agreements that are agreed by all Participants. This creates a more agile marketplace than what is possible with one-off conventional participation interests where active trading and liquidity can grow.
By 2016, we had largely completed the build-out of the CPC™ Platform and demonstrated its value with well-over 20 different CPC™ products, including a suite of products known as the Enhancement CPC™. The Enhancement CPC™ empowers Participants to benefit from Cashless Investing™ -- a whole new way for investors to yield enhance their portfolios without altering their core investment strategy and without the introduction of traditional leverage. This new group of enhancement-driven assets is proven at market and represents a quantum leap forward in investment management. With it in portfolio, investors can keep their existing assets working, increase the value of active assets under management, improve current returns, reduce opportunity costs, and activate an independent investment strategy for an Enhancement Portfolio™ that complements their broader investment philosophy. These Cashless Investment™ tools improve an investor's opportunity to discover and capture new sources of return without liquidating or moving assets. This is an investment game-changer in a market that is looking for yield and in a world where having the agility to invest globally as quickly and easily as locally is becoming increasingly important.
