An alternative credit solutions company and the official Network Manager of the Participating Lender Network
Strategic Alliances

United FT

As the developer and engineer behind the Master Credit Participation Certificate ("CPC") and the Collateralized Variable Rate Demand Note ("CVRDN"), United FT has provided the foundation for UFT Commercial Finance's proprietary edge in the commercial finance industry.  Established based upon certain exclusive license rights granted in both of these products, UFT Commercial Finance is able to manifest new solutions in the credit markets through the commercialization of the Participating Lender Network and the commercialization of enhancement credit products through the coordination and aggregation of Participating Letters of Credit.  Both of these products bring with them solutions and new revenue opportunities for UFT Commercial Finance's Participating Lender base as well as its commercial borrowers in a credit market in need of innovation.

UFT Trade Solutions, LLC

UFT Trade Solutions has been engaged as a true strategic ally to UFT Commercial Finance through its commitment to providing a cost effective on-demand technology platform to the Qualified Participants in the Participating Lender Network.  With a web-based system, the UFT Trade Solutions platform gives even the smallest Participating Lender the ability to move in and out of transactions with tremendous alacrity.  From the delivery of enhanced compliance processes aimed at verifying and validating borrowers and funding recipients to the ease of electronic letter of credit issuance in support of "unfunded" CPC issuances to the facilitation of domestic and foreign payments and exchange services, the UFT Trade Solutions technology establishes a level playing field amongst the base of institutions and private lenders that are part of UFT Commercial Finance's network of credit providers.  Most significantly, UFT Trade Solutions' commitment to the development of trading desk functionality in order to create a liquid ready market for the buy, sale and trade of CPCs over coming months demonstrates the depth of common purpose and commitment that comes through an alliance with this exceptional technology team.

United CEX

United CEX, short for United Credit Exchange, is a proposed fully regulated electronic financial exchange to be domiciled in Ireland that will be the exclusive market for the “Master Credit Participation Certificate™ (“CPC’).  United CEX will be instrumental in helping to establish a far more liquid, stable and sustainable commercial credit market with its new, reliable and transparent distribution and trading platform for CPCs.  The ability for investors to manage their portfolios against the backdrop of United CEX as a central price discovery vehicle further enhances the best attributes of the CPC by promoting the development of a more liquid and agile credit marketplace.  Ultimately, with United CEX at the hub, investors will readily be able to navigate in and out of CPCs, allowing for greater portfolio diversification.  United CEX anticipates the commencement of active trading on the exchange prior to the close of 2011.

RCM-millennia Corporation

As the technical and management advisor to United FT's clients, RCM-millennia is a critical component in calling upon UFT Commercial Finance for its credit aggregation services in support of enhancement credit and certain credit enhancement needs inherent in the operation and deployment of a CVRDN and other similar instruments.  In today's marketplace, where high-volume, single institution credit commitments are hard to come by, RCM-millennia relies upon the depth of the Participating Lender Network and the resourcefulness of its Network Manager to coordinate a variety of independent Participating Lenders through the use of Participating Letters of Credit in order to meet more substantial credit and credit enhancement needs of CVRDN issuers.  This key professional alliance works hand-in-hand with UFT Commercial Finance's objective of bringing new fee-based revenue opportunities to members of its Participating Lender Network.
