An alternative credit solutions company and the official Network Manager of the Participating Lender Network

UFT Commercial Finance has built and administers an extensive credit underwriting methodology and structure that serves as a foundation for the evaluation of a variety of types of credit within our lending framework.

The following credit categories represent specific areas of interest to our underwriting professionals with which we are both experienced and comfortable.   Specific underwriting guidelines have been established and adopted to uniformly and consistently address and evaluate credit applications fitting the below general crieria.  Although UFT Commercial Finance is a United States-based credit source, it is important to note that we will consider projects and credit applications located in or directly linked to other geographic areas in the world.  Additionally, in deciding whether an individual credit application would be suitable to present for consideration, UFT Commercial Finance prefers individual projects or applications that are seeking between US$3,000,000 and US$50,000,000 in senior or mezzanine debt volume.

UFT Commercial Finance abides by the philosophy that the type of credit is not as important as the quality of credit when reaching a determination as to the viability of a given transaction or credit application.  Please feel free to contact one of our Account Executives to get an idea of whether your project or credit may be suitable for our consideration.

UFT Commercial Finance is not a private equity fund and does not customarily entertain opportunities to invest equity capital in a project.
