UFT Commercial Finance has been granted certain license rights by United Financial Technologies, Inc. to commercialize the proprietary systems and practices related to the Master Credit Participation Certificate.  UFT Commercial Finance is the sole designated Network Manager for the Participating Lender Network, a multi-national network of Qualified Investors, institutions and lenders, and operates as a non-depository commercial lender in those jurisdictions in which it is registered and/or licensed to do so.
