This position requires a self-motivated outside sales individual with experience in credit/loan sales, syndications or participations that:
1. is able to work and communicate well with financial institutions, credit underwriters, lenders and credit portfolio managers;
2. has some pre-existing bank, financial institution, lender, family office, small institutional credit and lending relationships;
3. has knowledge of credit product types and lending criteria, including complex loan structuring, documentation and credit processing and practices; and
4. maintains established market presence and a large network of outside referral sources for new business.
